Social Tourism Program 2023-2024

This program is a subsidy initiative that provides subsidies for the accommodation of program beneficiaries and their eligible family members in tourist accommodations in Greece participating in the program. The discount applies to round-trip ferry tickets purchased from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, for all domestic routes served by the ships of Hellenic Seaways and Blue Star Ferries on the Cyclades, Dodecanese, Sporades, Northern Aegean, Argosaronic, and Crete lines.

To qualify for the discount, you must comply with the following conditions:

• The discount applies to economy class or assigned seating tickets on ships that do not have economy class.
• It also applies to routes with intermediate stops.
• It does not apply to private vehicle (car) tickets.
• It cannot be combined with other commercial discounts or offers.
• Ticket issuance must be made simultaneously with the reservation.
• In case of loss of tickets, our company's cancellation policy will apply.
• Tickets can be canceled, rescheduled for another date, or converted into open-date tickets based on our company's policy until June 30, 2024.

Note: In case of cancellation, it applies to both the outbound and return trips. If only one of the two is canceled, the Social Tourism Organization (OAED) code will be considered used and cannot be used for future travel.

• The Social Tourism "OAED Disabled 100%" discount applies to individuals with special needs and a disability rate of 50% and above.
• The "OAED Child 95%" discount applies to children aged 5 to 10 for some routes and 5 to 12 for the Crete route.
• The "OAED Adult 95%" discount applies to individuals aged 11 and above.
• The "OAED Large Family 95%" discount is granted to large families.
