Terms & Conditions
The present Terms of Use of Booktickets, the specific terms that may apply per service (the "Special Terms"), and the Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") constitute a legally binding agreement (contract) governing our respective transactional relationship. These Terms of Use and any Special Terms applicable per service define in particular the rights and obligations of our company towards you, and correspondingly, your rights and obligations as a customer towards us. They apply concurrently with the Privacy Policy. By using Booktickets, you signify that you understand the General Terms of Use and any Special Terms of Use, unconditionally accept them, and agree to abide by them. In case of any objection to these terms, in whole or in part, please discontinue using Booktickets.
As our company operates as an intermediary for the aforementioned described travel services, you should also consult the Terms of Transaction of the respective Service Providers, which may include useful information regarding the service provided through our intermediary (e.g., reservation change options, scheduled itineraries, refund procedures), and which govern your relationship with each Service Provider. In other words, in addition to these General Terms of Use, any Special Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and our Tracking Policy, the terms of use of the respective Service Provider also apply to your relationship.

In your capacity as users and consumers, you retain all other rights provided by national and European legislation. Specifically noted is that you do not have the right of withdrawal under Article 3a of Law 2251/1994, which excludes passenger transport services from the scope of the law.
In any case, any disputes between us may be resolved amicably through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform and certified alternative dispute resolution entities, in accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU.
