Who are the beneficiaries for ferry trips?
Employees and unemployed persons are entitled to subsidised ferry tickets for round trips from 01/07/2024 to 30/06/2025. The same applies to e-EFKA (formerly OAEE) pensioners for journeys from 01/08/2024 to 31/07/2025.
What discounts are offered on ferry tickets?
Beneficiaries earn discounts of up to 75% on ferry tickets, while people with a disability ≥ 50% travel free of charge. Valid for economy or numbered seats, with the exception of private vehicles. Below, you can see the table with the relevant discounts!

What documents are required for the Ticket Issue?
It is necessary to present the "Social Tourism Voucher" or the "Social Tourism Cheque" when booking and boarding the ship. This is required for both the outward and return journey.
What are the terms and conditions?
Ferry ticket reservations are only valid for travel within Greece, on the routes served by Blue Star Ferries, Hellenic Seaways and Anek Lines. They cannot be combined with other discounts and both legs are cancelled in case of cancellation.
